At Klinicon, we care about your satisfaction with our services. The following refund policy sets out the conditions under which refunds can be made:
1. Full refund
The customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid in the following cases:
- Cancel your reservation 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Failure to implement the service on our part for any reason on the part of the company.
- There is an error in the invoice or double counting of the amount.
2. Partial refund
The customer is entitled to a partial refund in the following cases:
- Cancellation of the reservation 12 hours before the service time (15% administrative fee will be deducted).
- Providing a service partially due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control.
3. Refund is not entitled in the following cases
- Cancellation of reservation less than two hours before service time.
- After the service is completed and completed successfully.
- Emergency services (private ambulance) as soon as the medical team arrives.
- Providing false information by the customer that led to the implementation of the service.

5. Payback period
Refund requests are processed within 5-14 business days from the date the request is approved. The duration varies depending on the payment method used:
- Bank transfer: 3-7 business days
- Credit cards: 5-14 business days
- E-wallets: 1-3 business days
